Regal Healthcare Capital Partners Announces the Creation of InFocus Eyecare

(PRESS RELEASE) NEW YORK — Regal Healthcare Capital Partners (“Regal”), a New York-based private equity firm focused exclusively on investing in healthcare services companies, announces its partnership with Ryan Williams and his management team to form InFocus Eyecare (“InFocus”). Based in Jacksonville, Florida, InFocus will seek to create a market-leading eye care company focused on providing high quality and accessible optometric and vision services.

Regal will invest in InFocus Eyecare from its third $415 million committed private equity fund.

Ryan Williams, a seasoned eye care services executive with more than 20 years of experience building eye care businesses, will serve as CEO of InFocus Eyecare. Prior to joining Regal, Ryan was the COO of West Point Optical, where he helped grow the largest Pearle Vision franchisee from 10 locations to over 80 locations through buy-and-hold strategies. of construction.
